Are there tags?

Now there are tags (but there weren't, back when, when you asked. Sorry for the late reply). — You can also add values to tags, and lookup topics by not only tags, but also tag values. E.g. add a tag
priority: 5, and look up by tag and value:tags:priority>=4in a search query. - Progress

Probably should be renamed to "Timeline comment", and hidden from the default UI, because they're mostly just confusing. Anyway, it's a comment that is always sorted by time, like in a chat or traditional forums. But they haven't been particularly useful.
I thought they made sense if working together to solve a problem in real time, rather than Q&A where the best answers are the relevant comments (rather than the most recent comments / 'progress notes").
