Should I sell my house now or wait for a better price?

Maybe now? A year later? Or, follow these steps:

1. Go to a board game store
2. Buy 1 dice.
3. Repeat above step (buy a dice) two more times.
4. Throw each dice, once.
5. Look at the first dice (order is important). Add its number to 2024, to find out the year to sell.
6. Look at the 2nd. Multiply by 2, to get the month.
7. Look ad the 3rd, multiply by 5, to get the day.

If the month becomes 2, day 30: Don't sell, at all.
